Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

The most dishonest place ever. we have ordered a few drinks and asked if we can pay with US dollars because we ran out of cad. they said yes. the lady gave us our drink and returned our changes in the canada dollar and she did it in 1:1 exchange rate. we asked what exchange rates they used, and they said they then ignored us. I would be happy to type the difference in the currencies when they are decent and honest, now that's just disgusting.

I usually go here or go to the drive through, and the staff is really nice! they always have the best donuts, and the service here is great and fast. the inner is spacious and great. I love this place! food: 5/5

We sat for half an hour in the drive-duration line and sat at least 5 minutes per car, up to the point where we were before the loudspeaker, long enough for the employees to try to take our order 3 different paints. Even they know how much time we were sitting there is ridiculous, and finally our job was completely wrong.

The first time to publicize a star. waited 20 minutes to get food. all men before me had questions of order. problems and delays. I've seen delays at tims, but this one has beaten them all. 1/2 bagel does not utter false coffee chicken soup that has huh, but looks more like sweet, but without the sweet. Oh, boy.

2022 October 3A typical Tim Horton's you'd find everywhere. The drive through was oddly shaped, but was fine none the less, the service was fine. The staff (guy with a tattoo) at the drive through was polite.No issues.Food: 3/5
