Bidrage med feedbackReally chewy lamb. I walk in and see a clean and well-organised shop with nice staff and expect a lot but there was something wrong with the lamb. It was good apart from that, except for the usual yeeros problem in that it costs more than a kebab when the main difference is that they swap out salad for soggy chips. Istanbul on King may be gone but you can still get better up the road at Rowda Ya-Habibi.
I actually thought this would be a gloried kebab or worse but i was wrong. The Yeeros were amazing, I had two. The chicked yeeros with chips hit the right spot. After a few drinks across the road this is a great option to fill on something that is quality but not expensive.
A welcome alternative to the more conventional kebab outlets. Their "yeeros" is full of an interesting assortment of flavours which somehow seems to work and never ceases to satisfy. My personal recommendation is the chicken one. Their snack packs, or "happy boxes", are decent, but portion sizes could be improved. Their card payment surcharge of 50 cents (from what I remember) is a bit dear, but at least they have the option unlike many other places in Sydney. Another recipient of intoxicated students, so avoid going late at night, unless you happen to be one of them too...
I was really craving a hsp and this was the closest place; the meat is incredible and juicy, and the fries are beautifully crispy. Cheese is an extra 2$ and they call it happy box not a hsp but still descent!
Im a regular at Mr Yeeros and have never been disappointed yet. Not much variety on the menu but whatever they do have is absolutely superb. I love their spicy chicken pieces, the bread they use for gyros is occasionally is changed but always makes a delicious late night snack that doesn't leave you feeling bloated or Stuffed. The portions are very good. The shop is small and gets crowded very easily but everyone seems to be happy with the food and the service. The chaps working are always generous and cheery.
