Bidrage med feedbackThey were so welcoming to us and our well behaved dogs. And the wines were lovely. In particular, the Cab and Merlot were beautiful. Snacks were also delicious.
When I was in the process of planning my wedding, I came across a venue that was initially recommended by a friend. I called them and had a nice tour with a friendly staff member. However, my experience took a turn when I started discussing the details with Kathryn regarding my package. Despite several phone calls and emails, the communication became increasingly unpleasant. Kathryn seemed unwilling to answer my questions and even suggested that she had already sent an email, urging me to inform my fiancé. Throughout our interactions, her tone became rude, and she was rather ambiguous about the pricing, stating it could be more or less than what was initially communicated. It became apparent that she was not interested in working with me, perhaps due to the numerous questions I had. In any customer-facing role, it's crucial to handle inquiries professionally and with patience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Even the catering person assigned to me exhibited a similar level of rudeness. If individuals cannot handle customer interactions effectively, it might be worth reconsidering their suitability for such roles.
Leaving another review to respond back to the owner part I appreciate you responseJust because we adapted, doesnt mean we were satisfied it’s our wedding day, we shouldn’t have to hound down you to do you job. Also it’s you speaking to other guest about a conversation that you ask, and some not nice things to say about a previous vendor. And you were monitoring the event weirdly way before that situation even occurred. They were young adults who didn’t know the rules of not bringing stuff in. Again Kelly was spreading lies to some of my guests which then caused family stir ups. The next morning which again is not cool nor part of her job description And it’s like yes thing can be over sighted but it was mentioned on maybe 3/4 occasions about the truck, if she was more worried about her job instead drama there wouldn’t of been a way to forget that. Totally not okay
We held our wedding reception at Rose Bank in September in the Rose Ballroom. The venue is great for weddings and the scenery landscaping is great for wedding photos. The Rose Ballroom comfortably fit our 150 guests and a dance floor. Kelly was very helpful and let us visit the room several times to coordinate with her and our caterer in the months leading up to the wedding. They were also very flexible in terms of letting us store our decorations, etc. in the ballroom overnight the day before the wedding and the next day since there were no other events in the room that weekend. They also let us hold the cocktail hour outside since it was a beautiful day. It was a great day and we would highly recommend for a wedding reception.
I had a wonderful afternoon visit at the winery. It 's the 1st time I 've had a do-it-yourself tasting with the flight being delivered to my table. Food: We ordered a cheese tray ànd a pretzel/apple plate, which was served along with the wines. (Really nice presentation taste, btw) Paying attention to the 6 wines I selected and figuring out which snacks to eat with the wine was cool. Seating: It was very busy in the main tasting room, so we were moved to the bldg across (50ft, no big deal). The only unfortunate thing about going to another building was the bathroom being upstairs. I have mobility issues, and even though you can 't tell by my walking on flat ground, walking up stairs to a restroom is a major hindrance to fully enjoying myself while wine tasting. Staff: Both the 'server ' and support staff checked on us multiple times to see if we had any questions, needs, or concerns. They were top-notch. Overall I liked it and I 'm glad that we went. Would recommend a visit if you 're in the area. We bought a couple of bottles to drink at home.
