Quaint eatery with good food! Prices are fair as well.

I called after we participated in the MS Walk to see if they could accommodate our team of 8 people. They could and did!! A short wait before we were seated, friendly, polite staff, excellent service and a delicious breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Pat 's Colonial Kitchen is a very charming place in the heart of Newtown. It is a quaint and intimate setting and I love that I can go there to enjoy a delicious breakfast and good conversation with my friends. Stepping into the place feels like going back to a time when great food and great service was the norm. I love that whether I order an omelet, pancakes, or a sandwich, I know exactly what I 'm getting and how it will taste just the way I like it. The servers are friendly (and patient when I can 't decide what to order) and I don 't have to wait long for a water or coffee refill. Pat 's is my go to place when I want a casual, fast, and delicious way to start my day!
