Domino's Pizza Newton

I have ordered veggie pasta. Pasta is not even cooked 30%. Can't eat it. They need proper pizza pasta chef to cook properly. Had to believe that they are charging for this. Service: Take out Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1

I’ve been ordering from this store at least once a month for almost two years now and I haven’t had a “never doing this again” moment yet. Pizza is always hot, I’ve had garlic breads thrown in for the order running behind before, and the one time my pizza got messed up the manager was super apologetic and double-timed a replacement pizza out to me. Every delivery driver I’ve had has been A+, honestly this is probably the only place I’ve been happy to add a tip in advance for in years. Also THANK YOU for reading delivery instructions! I’m in a no-standing zone and it’s the absolute bane of my existence when I order in! Cheers for making sure the end of my work week remains cruisy guys, keep it up.

Worst experience at newton branch Adelaide SA. We order vegorama vegetarian pizza without onion garlic and customized toppings as my son is allergic with onion and garlic.First time they made without paneer and offering us to give 1 dollar back as they forgot to add topping. After wait of 45 mins they made 2nd time pizza and we take that delivery to eat at home and found that they added onion as a topping on pizza even though we clearly customized our pizza without onion and garlic which is allergic to us. We went back to the shop and ask him why it was like that he straightway asking do you want refund as your customized pizza is very tricky. We have been eating these customize pizza since long at other dominos branch if they can make it then what's the problem here as seems to be a tricky . We don't understand . We never ask for refund as my son is egar to eat dominos and they made us to wait almost one and half hour and worst service . Never suggest to go at newton branch and hopeless manager Mr. Yagnik . Not respecting the customer and don't have understanding about the ingredients and toppings. We have ask for use white cream sauce he read it no egg in that still he was making confusion and saying by himself that even though there is no egg mention in ingredient but still there will be egg and no white sauce can make without egg and tried indirectly not to make again pizza. I will definitely go to the consumer and business also SA health with all order receipt and pizza picture . Never visit this branch . Find the attached picture for the reference.

I don't order pizza very often but this Newton shop run by Leon Kwok is A+ great food, fantastic service and friendly staff. A really good franchise owner, keep it up Leon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
