Zack Garvin's Original Steak House

On Valentine 's weekend, we ate Zack Garvin 's and absolutely loved it. I had the prime rib and my wife had the rib eye. Both were out of this world. We started off with the potato stars which were fantastic. We followed that with the salad. (I would heartily recommend the Wine and cheese dressing. The bread came out with a strawberry butter that my wife loved. Our drinks never went dry and the service (Nikki) was wonderful. The owner Jeanne sat with us and told us how the building went from being a floral shop to the restaurant it is today. It was a great evening. NOTE This restaurant is very popular and you WILL have a wait. It is well worth it.

Food was great. Qunaitity of food was enormous. Served by a friendly staff. Best steaks I have had in a long time. Best fried green tomatoes ever.

Great cheese fries, love the cheese and wine salad dressing. Small ribeye cooked to perfection. Very attentive waitstaff with good memories. Drink server remembered from last visit nearly three weeks ago when I wanted soft drink brought to the table. We have never saved enough room for desserts. Outstanding food, great service. A winner in every sense of the word.
