Taco Bell - Newport News

I just ate here. very clean taco bell! the bathroom was very clean, the restaurant was nicely organized, the eating was good, and their counters where the sauces, utensilien and serviettes were properly organized. I was impressed and recommended this taco bell!

Nice environment inside, busy drive thru and inside, sat patiently for meal prep. Provided coupons for waiting. Nice gesture by staff.

I don’t know why. I drove up to the window to pick up a order. The order is not ready. So I’m waiting until one of the woman told me to back up she had me backed up until I couldn’t see the inside the store. Like I said I don’t know why they had me do that but I don’t trust this place. It’s like we gonna mess with your food ?. Usually they say move forward when order is not ready but backing up. I just don’t wanna eat at this pace any more

Do they have like, one employee or something? Everytime I've come here the drive-thru takes FOREVER. Food is usually alright though, if you wanna wait 20 minutes for it...

Love their tacos!!! My only issue is when I order a family pack, there's is no option to choose packets of taco sauce so I didn't receive any. Please either add the option to choose mild/hot or just include some with the order please.
