The wait staff acknowledged that I was celebrating my birthday everyone was very friendly

The service was outstanding. Management was engaged, not just one of those ask is everything to your

New Year’s Eve. We got to front desk. They said that they had no reservation in my name. I told them I had made on open table. They said they weren’t taking those. It was unbelievable. We got seated and our server was not equipped to handle the position. The lettuce wraps and shrimp were awful.

Lighting at the outer booths felt like an interrogation but our server helped us out with wrapping the light with a towel to help with the brightness.

It took 35 minutes for our entrees to come out (ribs, Mongolian beef and rice noodles). The waitress, who was attentive and apologetic, explained there was a large party on the patio, but that kind of wait for entrees was not ideal. I’m assuming it was due to being short-staffed because of Covid.
