Mustard Cafe - NEWPORT COAST

I have no idea why this place has no better reviews, but I am a fan of local restaurants that have excellent food! In any case, this place is just that! I was looking for a decent breakfast place in the area of Irvine that would not have found Avail until I found this little jewel. My employees are obsessed with many of their items. Your eggs Benedikt, French Toast, Two eggs are the way to! In the fan of French Toast has not found a place that makes it perfect like MUSTARD CAFE!? I try to work in the menu to try everything and so far it was wonderful! Thank you for the delicious food! Please stop the great work! I can't wait to visit this place for breakfast! I love this place!

Tooooo slow service, the food is good, but the service is so slow that I had to wait more than 30 minutes for just one dish.

Great turkey sandwich Horrible monte Cristo Not a true monte So far I loved everything except the fries And the monte Cristo who was just terrible. Never order the monk

This potato pancake lox egg Benny was fantastic delicious. At the first attempt of this place and glad I ordered it. Coffee is also beautiful.

Perhaps they were just overwhelmed last Sunday (2/9/22). Perhaps they have s new cook. In any event, we were s party of 6 and ordered within minutes of each other. The first order came out in about 15 or 20 minutes. The second order came out in about 30 minutes. The last order came out in about 45 minutes. The food was okay, however the French fries were cold. My club sandwich was served on a baguette, so it was a turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich since it wasn't the traditional three slices of bread club sandwich. I might go back in a few months or at least at a time when it isn't busy.
