Wienerschnitzel - Newport Beach

Prompt service at drive-thru. Friendly cashier, hot food.

I am surprised they haven't been sued. Manager has to be skimming off the top at this location too... shame on Wienerschnitzel for never improving this location even after repeatedly saying they would take care of it. The corn dogs are double cooked orsoggy with oil, the fries are never cooked fully.

All Wienerschnitzel's are pretty much the same. However this location is understaffed in the late afternoon/early evening. It took 15 minutes to order and get my food from the counter. While waiting, I noticed two drive thru customers had been waitingover 10 minutes to get their orders

Great tasting corn dog and chili dog, but always add the cheese. It's worth the extra charge. Ask for the fries well done, so they will cook them properly until lightly crisp, not limp and soft.

I waited an inordinate amount of time In the drive thru just to have them prepare the food incorrectly. They wanted to make me pay without giving me a total. And you have to make a special request to get napkins. I tried to take the survey on the receiptand it doesn?t work. Screw this place! Absolutely not worth it?
