Usually, I have a great experience at chipotle, but today I was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and general respect for loyal customers. I went out for my favorite little treat with my gal pal and we pay as normal. I notice that it was a dollar more then usual but I don't bother to mention it because inflation.But the trouble starts when my friend gets up to get a small side of the corn salsa. I here from across the establishment, YOUR CARD DECLINED. I was in shock. My friend had pulled her card out too fast and it didn't work. I asked what she bought because she was just getting corn salsa,which let me remind you is usually free. She told me that made her pay a 1.50!!! For a small side!! I was so in shock I counted up every last kernel of that delicious salsa. There was 57 kernels!! I am just so disappointed.
