I am out of state, without a car, for work. I couldn't go through the drive thru, obviously, so I asked If the employee could still take just one more order. Maria let me in, and was very professional. coming from a restaurant Manager, I was impressed byher. She earned five stars.

Coffee was good Biscuit egg cheese was good Early airport run.

It's a burger joint that doesn't pull any punches and isn't afraid to be what it is. Food is decent quality, drinks are huge and service is entirely appropriate.

Worst customer service at any Carl's junior that I have ever experienced!! I went inside and ordered at the counter and the young lady that helped me could not be less interested in what I wanted. She acted more like a robot than listening to what Iwanted to order. I ordered a famous star combo with with no onions, cheese, and a bottle of water. She kept insisting that Ineeded to have a cup And I said no I want a bottle of water. Plus with her very thick accent and mask it was extremely hardit's extremely hard to understand what she was saying. They really should teach their employees how to be cordial.

This Carl's is better than the one off of Michelson and Culver the few times I've eaten here. they are pretty much your average Carl's Jr and I believe there are better options for food than them for the dollars/value ratio. if you do order here thoughyou can get your burger well done and sometimes you can get a1 sauce on it when they're doing the in promo sandwich at certaintimes of the year and that burger is pretty decent when modified that way. you could get like a basic big cheeseburger that wayand it's pretty to good really
