Ordered a £30 takeaway, only chips out of 3 meals/ items arrived. I called the restaurant and spoke to an incredibly rude lady who informed me that she would speak to the manager about the issue but also said ‘you haven’t just received chips so I’ll tell the manager but that’s not the case so he won’t do anything.’ which is absolutely hilarious as I wanted nothing more than the chicken kebab after my night out which I can assure you was never delivered. At which point I stated that I’d paid for 2 chicken orders and they’d only delivered chips and so I’d be expecting the food missing to be delivered or the funds returned. At which point she hung up and me and refused further calls made for the rest of the evening. I’ve ordered from here before and the food is always lovely in all honesty however, If you expect any form of customer service or a reliable or quick service, order elsewhere. I may have had a lone incident but the fact I was called a liar and spoken to so rudely by staff when I wasn’t rude to the lady on the phone at all was just unprofessional and shocking. I will be arranging a refund with the bank, but you expect a better service from a local takeaway we use on the regular.

Vile disgusting food never again tastes like burnt rubber.hardly any sauce and dried up old salad a few days old dont use this shop

Tried every kebab joint in Newport and for a Lamb donner this is the best. The prices are good as well!

Food arrived didn’t realise it was full of hair until I ate some sadly. Terrible customer service when reporting this to the restaurant
