Mcdonald's - Newport

Dirty place and awful service. Had issues with an order and asked to speak to a manager to be met with someone with an attitude problem. Tried to explain my issues and frustration to be told I was the rude. Gave up and left with no order. Makes no difference to them but I won’t be returning. I can see from other reviews I’m not the only one to have had issues with service at this restaurant which really says it all really. A refresh on customer service training is needed!

Working over the road and this place has had no coffee for over a week now keep asking when it will be back to normal and the staff reply is there waiting for the machine to be fixed. I would have thought somebody up in higher management would have sorted it by now , they must be loosing a fortune !!

If I could give 0 I would have. I ordered 3 burgers drove home and found that I only had two. I was too tired to go back. How hard is it to put 3 burgers in a bag? Clearly too hard. Should I have anticipated the incompetence of the personnel as this particular restaurant? Maybe. I won’t be going back in a hurry- a bit like they weren’t in a hurry to serve me.

No hot drinks, No milkshakes, Limited cold drinks, No ice. Then order handed over after a half an hour wait incomplete. Had to go back for missing items. Please do not charge for the dips and them fail to deliver any with an order of 20 chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets without dips is like eating cardboard. This restaurant is taking advantage of its location and not providing an adequate standard in any area.

Stopped off at the drive thru on my way home. When I started eating my burger I noticed this long hair strand coming out of my burger. I tried to contact the store but they never replied.
