Bidrage med feedbackI don’t understand why all the McDonald’s in south wales are always advertising 24 hours and are closed most of the nights, just take the signs down so the costumers are not induced in misleading information…
Purchased our order through the McDonald’s app to collect at risca McDonald’s. I ordered food for a family of 5 and was expected to carry it out to the car without a bag when I asked if I could have a bag I was told well your fifth drink can sit in the middle of the cup holder, I then said I have all this to carry which was a happy meal box 5 drinks and another bag with the rest of our food order, so again asked for a bag her attitude was disgusting I was given a bag which clearly showed it was inconvenient, I understand they are they are rushed off their feet and feel like they are drowning in orders but to speak to customers like she did as if they are something on the bottom of her shoe is not acceptable. The way she was talking to staff was not the best either. I think she needs some sort of refreshing training in communication maybe. I won’t be returning
Not good. The gents toilets absolutely reak of a sewerage smell. They are clean with regular mopping but that smell is awful. Need a major investigation. Burger cold but changed for a new one when asked.
After a terrible encounter with a young staff member at McDonald Rogerstone when trying to order a meal for my 6 year old daughter with food allergies, I was eventually provided with 2 small hamburger with no cheese. When I returned to the counter to ask for cheese the rude assistant asked how I had 2 hamburger when I only ordered one? (as if I was the one who got it wrong) when I advised her it was the fault of the person that served me and all I want is some cheese on the burger the worker said you cant have 2 and chucked both burgers in the bin out of pure spite. So not only am I stood with no food for my child but my own food is going cold and my daughter is getting increasingly upset. When I said how frustrated I was, the manager said dont raise your voice in here and take a refund. I mean whoever employed her to manage must have been desperate!!! What good manager doesn't think of the paying customer and let's the employees chuck good food in the bin. The fact that her first thought was to offer a refund when you have a small child going hungry is concerning. I have never been so disgusted with the service of a fast food restaurant. Mcdonalds you really need to rethink your recruitment process as the current approach taken by your staff is going to lose you alot of money.
Terrible service tonight, I am appalled. I said I didn’t want a drinks holder and was then given one. I was given the wrong drinks. Whilst waiting at the window staff were all shouting and swearing. I parked up for 5 minutes and the food came out without a bag. I was not asked if I wanted a bag. I was told that I hadn’t paid for one. I asked for a bag at that point. The server then walked away and loudly complained about me with the windows open, using swear words. All I did was ask for a bag? When she returned we let her know that we (and everyone else) could hear her being rude about me and that perhaps in future she shouldn’t do that with the windows open. She did not apologise. I would like to add, it was not busy. Only 2 cars there during the whole time.
