September 3 around 12:30pmFirst time coming to the Upper Canada mall I immediately went to tims for an Iced Capp. The beverage guy who was taking orders doing drinks at the same time, made a messy Iced capp. The lid had lots of spill from the drink, but this guy cleaned himself first but didn't clean the lid of my drink. HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE.I asked for napkin so I could just clean it myself, but just how rude! I worked at Tims as a member a supervisor, but I never acted this way. Their management should look into their stuff. I didn't know that we should now pay for tap water?!
I ordered a large iced coffee, they just put 2/3 drink and with pretty much ice in it, I paid the price for large size!
Beverages are always good here. I have noticed many familiar faces have left recently. Someone I have seen there for like a decade. On the weekend had a chicken bacon wrap and found it small like it was a junior chicken bacon wrap and it cost me over 7 dollars.
The coffee taste like it was filtered through gym socks, the quantity and selection of donuts suck and they spend more time with the drive thru customers than the walk ins as if we are an interruption to their day?
