Bagel World Newmarket

I cannot express how much I love bagel world! We eat in the restaurant often and the staff is so amazing and kind. My son is special needs and they go out of their way to make him comfortable. We also use them for private events, we have had so much made by them from platters to cakes and more. Every single time they knock it out of the park, can’t wait to go again soon!

The lady that makes the bagels is completely out of it. I asked her name and she said HoneyBanny . She is jot professional and doesn 't know how to behave with customer. I would never go to this place again. They lost my business and everyone else that I send there. The owner should set with her and educate her in customer service.

Not really worth coming here for the bagels. They're just bagel-shaped bread. They lack the dense chewy malty crust that kind would expect from a good freshly baked bagel. Might as well go to the grocery store.

Happy to find round Challahs available for Rosh Hashanah, and their bagels were delicious.

Yummy and fresh everything bagel, lox and cream cheese to go!Decent price and friendly staff. Will definitely be back to try their other baked goods.
