Cyprus Garden - Newham

Went to Cyprus on holiday and it was well worth the wait. Fantastic weather and hotel was excellent. Really friendly staff and was a two steps away from the beach. Beautiful place and we were about 15 minutes away from ayanapa.

I would like to start by saying a very big thank you to ediz and his partner and all his staff for giving my daughter and fiancé the beautiful engagement party they will remember with such pride you pulled this of and you couldn’t have done better people if you read this review and your looking to get engaged or even married don’t look further the food was beautiful and just kept coming the set up was was beyond wat we imagined the band fantastic the hospitality second to none everyone can’t stop talking about it there all saying the venues they’ve been to and there relatives that go to Turkish weddings a lot and pay an arm and leg for it but not here it will be in your budget but in your memories for ever more thank you so much Maria oz Shan saf cemal

I cane here for my friends birthday on a Saturday night and it was dead. At the entrance I was asked for cash to pay up for my set menu but I never carry cash, who does. They told me there card machine didn’t work that I thought was unfortunate. So I had to settle my food with a friends bill. I thought this was so unorganised. Plus I wasn’t informed of what I could order and not order that was so confusing. At the start traditional hot she cold meze is served (started) which were on. This was served with bread. The starters seemed to go on forever and I think it took About 2 hours for main to be served. I had mixed grill that was the worst I’ve ever had. Tough, chewy and just tasteless. I was so disappointed. The entertainment with live music was good but it was so unnecessarily loud that we felt like our ear drums were going to burst. A small venue that doesn’t need overly loud music. The decor is very old fashioned and got no taste for this current time. The staff were friendly and welcoming but sadly I would not come here again unless the chef changed.

We were invited here for a family party before going i thought I'd check the reviews. Very disappointing and to be honest I wasn't looking forward to it But on arrival at Cyprus Gardens i was pleasantly surprised. The management have obviously taken on board the negative comments and have fully refurbished the restaurant with its new fresh deco this place can no longer be referred to as a dump or damp as mentioned in previous reviews. It also has an outdoor eating area for warmer days and/or for smokers. As for the food we were served with various mezes followed by the most tender BBQ meat and chicken. The food was delicious and the staff were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Cyprus Gardens to anyone who wants a good night out with music and good food.

This restaurant is a complete mess, with subpar food and entertainment. Located off a remote highway, just getting there is a turn-off.
