Bidrage med feedbackCashier Megan was very friendly. Unfortunately, she upset the manager on duty when she asked for more $1 Bill 's for her register. Phoenix (mod) came up to the front counter and started slamming things around then shoved the money towards Megan. Fast forward to receiving the food... a piece of my husband 's chicken was under cooked. He showed Phoenix who said he would not replace it because he had taken a bite out of it. Then stormed to the back while saying what the is wrong with people today? I let that go.He plopped a new piece of chicken wrapped in tissue paper into my husband 's hand.We sit down to eat our food and I can hear Phoenix talking about us to the crew. Called my husband an a -hole.But wait, theres more.... we had a total of 1 bite each when I had enough. I told Phoenix I wanted my money back because I did not appreciate how he was treating us. He told me he would not do that as I had ate the food (which was sitting on the counter in front of us). After going back and forth, he finally gave me my money back.
Awful to go to. Very slow and inattentive staff, they enjoy hiding in the back and hope you’ll leave before taking your order.

The clerk was friendly, the kitchen crew efficient and fast! My only complaint is that the biscuits are always mushy inside, not thoroughly cooked inside. Perhaps due to the fast paced demand, they biscuits are pulled out of the oven too soon, or maybe the oven thermostat is inaccurate..Parking: The entrance into the Ithaca KFC parking lot is also the exit, but there isn't sufficient space to easily make a k-turn. If you park in their lot, it's a chore.
I wish I could give this a zero star review. I rarely write reviews but I am shaking after the awful experience I just had at this location.When we pulled up to the drive thru speaker, we had to repeat our order NUMEROUS times. We asked for 4 chicken little sandwiches and a chicken nugget combo. When we got to the window, the total was $14. That didn’t sound right so we double checked the order, we were rang up for 2 chicken littles and the combo. When we asked for the 2 other chicken littles to be added(even though we ordered these at the speaker) he rang up us for 2 large chicken sandwiches. When we saw this, we asked for the right items to be rung up and were told they couldn’t??? I’ve never heard of an establishment not having the ability to cancel out a transaction. Anyways, we were offered food to makeup the price difference… we didn’t need any extra food. We ordered what we wanted to eat…we ended up agreeing to getting more food and they wouldn’t even offer us the equivalent of what they charged!!!!The manager then screamed at us telling us to leave the drive thru or he would call the police???? We had a fussy baby in the back seat, we were just trying to get the money refunded that was wrongfully rang up after making several mistakes already. A call to corporate has been made and I’m writing this review in an attempt to get someone’s attention because of how disgusting that entire experience was. Oh, and picture of our food to see how nicely it was THROWN in the bag.
