Bidrage med feedbackThe four young waiters provided extremely unsatisfactory customer service. Despite the restaurant not being busy, with only three tables occupied, the waiters continuously returned to the desk to lean on it and chat amongst themselves. It was difficult to grab their attention as they avoided making eye contact, making it impossible to request anything. Despite asking for water glasses three times and requesting the bill twice, the waiters were unresponsive. One even rudely replied, "I've already given you the bill," when we inquired about paying. The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but the service was sorely lacking.
I always have a fantastic time at The Hudson. It's my preferred spot for meeting up with friends and family. The staff and food are always impeccable. A special thank you to Thomas and George for taking such good care of us on Saturday. The music and ambiance in the bar area after dinner is a perfect way to end the night. Can't wait to visit again!
The food and restaurant are both beautiful, but the service is terrible. The staff are constantly on their mobile phones, chatting among themselves, and not attentive to the customers.
It was fine. Even though when booking informed was birthday this was not acknowledged. Food was average but good price for what it was. Typical hotel restaurant not hi by fancy.
Was really looking forward to eating here had good feedback from friends unfortunately I didn’t feel the same about my experience. although the cubicle we sat in was perfect there was little to no atmosphere some background music would have been nice and I sat with my coat on for most of the night as did other people in the restaurant I could see, the food was ok. I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.
