Dixy Chicken Westmoreland Road

Ordered a burger from here on Christmas eve and how I wish I hadn't. I woke up Christmas morning spewing my guts up and carried one spewing throughout the day. It single handldly spoilt my whole Christmas. Something needs to be done as I have read this happening on so many occasions from other people. Either sort it or get closed down.

Ordered takeaway for the family, most of the order was wrong. People in the shop didn't want to know, complete waste of time

Lovely, tasty chicken variety of chicken pieces. Lovely coatings with moist chicken. Would definitely go again but only in newcastle for a quick visit.

Called into this shop and got treated like dirt from the “manager”, ordered a 2 piece value box to be asked can you Just have the chicken as we have no chips!! I told them no, I had already paid , we waited less than 5 min for fresh chips so I don’t get what the issue was. Got home with the food to find all the chicken covered in a hot spicy sauce, that we could not eat. Do not recommend this place at all.

I ordered 12 strips with pizza , the strips were under cooked tasted like rubber. Useless customer service, one or two weird staff . The email address they refer you to for complaints doesn't exist , as I sent a complain about a month ago but had no response. A bunch of greedy, unprofessional individuals who are after money.
