Bidrage med feedbackI reluctantly write this review because I don't want others to discover this hidden gem of a restaurant. Located within a traditional old pub frequented by locals, the restaurant may not seem impressive at first glance. However, once you enter through the pub lounge, you will be amazed by the authentic Thai cuisine prepared by the Thai wife of the owner, Pin. Her cooking is truly exceptional, reminiscent of a trip to the far east. With a vast menu to choose from, my wife and I have only scratched the surface after 20 visits. I highly recommend trying the Tom yam soup, green mussels, and tempura king prawns, but be prepared for some of the spicy and traditional sauces. As a bonus, the restaurant plays 1980s pop music, adding to the unique atmosphere. Despite my reluctance, I strongly urge you to visit this restaurant.
I was brought to this restaurant by friends who live nearby and highly recommended it. The restaurant has a cozy pub atmosphere, so we enjoyed some drinks at the bar before heading to the dining room at the back for our meal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was simply exquisite. At the end of our meal, the chef/owner, Pin, came out to personally inquire about our dining experience, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing evening spent with friends, enjoying fantastic food and service.
I had heard good things about Pin's Kitchen and had been wanting to try it for some time. As our wedding anniversary fell on a "Eat out to help out" night, our usual restaurants were fully booked. This presented the perfect opportunity to try something new. We arrived early and were seated without any issues. The menu offered a wide variety of options, so the staff helped us make our choices. We ended up ordering a cold beef salad, red curry, and prawn stir fry, all of which were delicious and tasted incredibly fresh.
I whish I stayed a little closer to Pin’s Kitchen, I love the food and would eat here or get takeaways far more often if I could.
Meal out with some friends to try this local pub/restaurant. We received a warm welcome and had a drink in the bar whilst we perused the extensive menu. We moved to the restaurant to eat and enjoy the lovely Thai cuisine in a very relaxed...atmosphere. Would highly recommend for the food and the service.
