Bidrage med feedbackI'm a regular customer and live in this area. 3 times this week I've asked them to add more cappuccino to my ice Capp because it just looks like it's just cream. yuck. here's hoping management looks at these and shows the staff how to make them properly.
Just left this Tim Hortons and very upset with the service. We ordered extra large triple triple with milk and large steep tea double double with milk. My coffee was so cold when it was given to me I complained right away. They give use the tea the cup was warm on the outside. Wait a couple minutes to get a grab coffee which again the outside of the cup was a bit warm but it was cold coffee yet again. The boyfriend opens up his tea to take a drink and his tea is also cold. We were given dirty looks by the kids running the drive thru when I complained about my coffee. Not the first time I've had very bad service from this Tim Hortons. Very unhappy customer.
The customer service here was horrendous. The staff, for the most part, is very rude and lacks training. The bathrooms smell horrible and were not cleaned properly at all. My order was wrong, and they didn 't seem to care about it at all. I asked for a medium double-double and I got a small hot chocolate instead. I asked if they could fix my order, and they said they could not do that because it goes against Tim Horton 's policies. While I was in line, I could hear someone from the back making very lewd and sexually harassing-type comments. There were Ontario workers in the store (wearing their orange vests) and a woman from the back was raving about how 'hot ' they were and making sexually suggestive comments. This just reeks of a lack of professionalism if you ask me. I will never step foot in this Tim Horton 's again. I would not be surprised if those workers refuse to come back in again either.
I was highly disappointed with the overall service at this Tim Horton's. I agree with the other reviewer for the most part. I actually made an account on Yelp just to inform others about how poorly this location is run. They messed up my order and refused to give me a refund or even correct the order. The cashier was friendly and nice enough though. The drive-thru is obviously top priority here, which is a huge mistake and very disappointing to me. It feels like the in-store customers are not appreciated.
