Pizza Hut Express - Newcastle

Ya know how some chains have stand-out locations where service quality are what you wish they all could be?! This is one of them. Great work from this team.

Do not order delivery from here. Your food will sit for over an hour while they try to find an Uber to deliver and charge you for old cold pizza. Also, when/if you get ahold of someone who is very rude to you just to hang up on you. A curtisy call or text would be great full. We have given this place multiple chances.

They have good delivery service, who can actually find the right house

They forgot to give my driver the root beer which he now has to go back up there to get on top of me asking them to cut the pizza into squares and this is how it came

Not nearly as bad as the Little Sissy’s up the way, but the dough is obviously overproofed every time I eat here.In my 87 storied years on this earth, I have come across few pizza places that cater to a pizza palate as sophisticated as mine, and this shop is not one of them.They don’t even add anything to the crust, other than an abhorrent, disgusting amount of cheese for the stuffed crust pizzas.
