Horrible first exp . My 3 piece ch combo was burnt tasted burnt

Typical chicken spot...hope they fixed the heat tho...

Old chicken was given thru drive thru. I knew I should’ve checked before I drive off. Too bad I needed to be somewhere right after or else I would’ve walked in and asked for fresh chicken. Like cmon now….. and it was lukewarm. Also waited out front for “fresh fries” which were actually also lukewarm. Best thing about my meal was the Pepsi.

Got there as it opened' ordered a 3 piece combo. Chicken was soggy and not crispy at all. Wonder if they know what fried chicken is.... not a high expectation from a fast food place but I was expecting better Chicken than the Chinese store

This was my first time getting KFC in a while and I was excited to try the new wrap, but my experience was disappointing. The food was sloppily prepared, portions were lacking, and they forgot something I ordered. Overall, a letdown. Should’ve listened to the prior bad reviews. It’s honestly impressive how many things they did wrong.
