Ihop - Newburgh

We enjoyed wonderful eating and excellent service today at this I-Hop location. Kennth morell was our waiter. he was very friendly and professional. he took our order (all order for four of us have brought everything quickly and checked immediately for us. we recommend you visit this I-Hop.

Had a great visit. My Family and I meet Kenneth who introduced himself to us. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. Ihop should be proud to have such a nice person working for them. I hope the next time we go that we get to see him again and that his kindness is spread throughout the restaurant. Aslo the food was served in a very timely manner, was fresh, and priced well.

The food was well prepared and the waitress who attended us was on point. Checked in on us often and made sure we had anything we needed. The wait for the food was a bit long but nothing conversation among friends couldn't accelerate.

The food is incredibly good and well put together. However, the wait times can be ridiculous. Especially when the person working the front isn't there to do their job. You'll stand around for 15-20 mins.

Every time I go to IHOP they never put everything in the bag and every time I ask for something specific like putting the bacon and the eggs separate from the pancakes they don’t do it. They also never put the strawberries, bananas and syrup when getting the strawberry banana pancakes. I asked for 2 sausages they gave me 2 bacons and 1 sausage. The guy that was answering the phone didn’t understand anything I was saying, I constantly had to repeat myself and still got the order wrong. I used to could substitute the egg for hash browns with the build your own combo and then out of nowhere they said I couldn’t. The customer service is terrible.
