Oh my gott and yes all this I have to say oh my gott Baskin-Robbins dunkin' donuts broadway newburgh new york 12550 squad work the 6 to 7:30 shift on Thursday 19. august 2021 she did a good job to take my order, she got only a mistake that was the bagel it was unusual that someone did not want that the tädel toasted i but that is understandable, but understandable, but

I went inside this store to get an iced coffee. I waited in line for 15 min and no one took my order, there was only one other costumer in front of me. Once the customer in front of me received their order it took 10 minutes for someone to come when I asked if someone could help me and told me to keep waiting because they were busy. Ridiculous service.

I’ve stopped by about 3xs this week and thinking that may e since the weather is getting better they would have supplies as they portray in their menu. But no they don’t even leave a note or let customers know before ordering that they currently don’t have those items.! I just don’t understand how ??

Friendly staff! One young lady informed me of a special with the prepackaged ice cream that was really great!

Very upset with this location. They never have cappucino blast or they will say it is close. I have literally gone by every day of the week around 6pm and they always say Baskin-Robbins is closed early because of some cleaning .
