Pizza Hut - Newark

I put an order for 300 people for a event and the manager was very wonderful. on the day of picking up our order was ready before we arrived what the dinge moved smoothly. I will definitely buy food for my personal consumption and for a event. large charging and customer service:

(2/28 11:00 o'clock) the order was wrong, the delivery driver was not only completely susceptible, but also somehow left the pizzabox on the side tilted and as a result the pizza fell out, then he pushed her back with his bare hands and acted as if nothing had happened. not a reflection of the company, but this place is obviously a catastrophe.

Don't know where to start, day 1 delivery driver didn't show up so they canceled my order and did not contact me. Day 2 they said they didn't deliver until after 3pm which I would already be at work, and don't have a car since I'm on a company road trip. For some reason I decided to try again the next day (because I really wanted a pizza), but was hung up on after asking delivery wait time, which the employee couldn't answer because she had at best a working knowledge of English. I called back, gave the delivery information and was told they don't service the area which is only 2 miles away from them. I asked which location did and was hung up on again. Three days in a row I tried to get a pizza for nothing but rude comments and annoyed personalities in return. Worst pizza hut store I have ever encountered.

I ordered online at 8:11, when I realized the time, I called the restaurant to check the status of my food. Only then did the employee state that the manager cancelled my order because the delivery person kept calling my phone. This is 100% false, because my doorbell works as well as my phone. Never had an issue, until now. Then the man on the phone stated that his manager said that my food was still at their location and if I wanted to reorder my food again they can have someone deliver my food. Yeah right food that has been sitting out for two hours?! I will pass. Shame on the manager.

This page is my favorite place. from all restaurants I know that I love it most. I never miss a opportunity to visit this restaurant. if I need a fair dinner, this place comes to me immediately. large and many types of food and a rich menu. large crew and good spirit. and very important, the bill is reasonable. I sent my friends to this restaurant with great joy.
