Papa Johns Pizza - Newark

I usually order on the fly when im at work and my orders usually come fresh. Except for the last few times, my food was not fresh. It was either over cooked or reheated. It's a hit or miss, which I will not take another chance on this location. If I'mpaying for food service and giving a tip. I expect quality nothing less.

This restaurant does not seem to follow the company recipes when preparing food. The portions were smaller than advertised and by cutting corners on ingredients, it ruins the overall dining experience. I believe I could make a better pizza in my toaster oven or air fryer at home.

I truly can't comprehend how anyone would find it acceptable to deliver food to someone's home in this way.

I got the 2 for 12 on the app a medium pizza and a Philly cheese steak Papadia with jalapenos it's all cooked and was hot but I picked it up right when it was ready using the app and pretty much ate it straight out the oven so my mouth is now on fire.Either way it was a really good pizza the Papadia was good too I just wish they gave marinara instead of garlic cause this thingneeds a little tomato sauce. Actually now that I'm fully inspecting this pizza it isn't cooked all the way through but it'sstill pretty good for papa John's
