Dunkin' - Newark

What can I say, it's Dunkin! I love my frozen caramel coffee with extra pump of caramel.

There is never enough staff to help in the mornings but regardless of not being able to hire people. These people just move slow. I once waited 20 minutes for a donut and Ice coffee that I did through the mobile app! I also got charged twice by this location but they couldn’t find my ticket so I had to order again. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Dunkin Donuts literally robbed me. Ordered 2 drinks at the kiosk. I have a serious medical condition and needed to use the toilet while I waited. They were locked with a sign saying they were only available to paying customers. I went back and asked for admittance to use the toilet as a paying customer (the associate was a woman with a name that started with R but I can 't remember her full name correctly and who was not wearing her nametag . I was then told that ALL restrooms were out of order. I explained I have a serious medical condition with my kidneys and was still denied admittance. I explained to her the signage on the door does not say the bathrooms are out of order but that they are available to paying customers. She said she would tell her manager, Shayla, who apparently wasn 't there. So, I asked for my money back. (I ONLY walked to Dunkin to use the bathroom while waiting for my boyfriend who was in another business in the shopping center. Then I was told because I ordered through the IN STORE kiosk that she couldn 't give me a refund because she didn 't know how . So essentially, the store lied about needing to pay to use the bathroom, after you pay, denies the bathroom, THEN denies your money back. I was angry, writhing in pain at this point, and took the drinks I ordered. Two teas. One large hot, one small cold. After having to leave the shopping center and go to wawa (there 's a fence preventing a simple walk despite it being next door , writhing in pain, needing to urinate. By the time I got back to the shopping center to pick up my boyfriend, I was too nauseous to drink my hot tea. We live an hour south, not just around the corner, so I was VERY far away from the establishment when I finally went to take a sip of my tea and was met with a very unwanted taste of coffee.Dunkin: This facility is practically right next door to the largest hospital in Delaware. It 's not exactly crazy for someone to have a medical condition and need to pee. I used to work for Dunkin Donuts and every other location from Kent Co to New Castle Co has their $h 't together but NOT this one. Literally the worst Dunkin.

Store #303331 was out of the donuts we ordered and gave us what they wanted without consulting us and then had an attitude when we questioned them. Needless to say, we got a refund. There should be no reason why we couldn't be told DD was out of the vanilla powder creme donut instead of giving us chocolate covered custard filled donuts. That was unacceptable! I'm glad I checked b4 we got home.
