Arby's - Newark

I am able to dine in. The menu has been updated and no longer includes certain items. No other issues were encountered.

The 2 fish ordered for 6. was cold and rubbery. obviously it was long sat. throw them out. they were not here since they closed the dining room. used to be a very regular customer. I will not go back

The app ordered a few weeks ago and had quite a terrible experience. regrets the time to compile the order, only to find out the next position was listed as closed, decided to go further and the order for the city location and go to take it. When I start there, I give those that are listed as closed, and of course it is not? one of the main reasons why we chose arbys to lunch is because I enjoy the Jamocha shake I had ordered and had already paid for the app. as I move to the intersection city, there are signs that are written via the menu that all shakes are currently not available. funny I just ordered (was charged and paid) for an already on the app...kein biggie, though right? I'm sure they can just remove the cost of it or at least give me a good idea to replace it right at a later time? No, the only offer I got was a replacement soda of unequal value and obvious non-preference.

The shaking machine needs to be fixed, but other than that, it's a fantastic place to dine! The food and service are excellent!

The 21st street Arby's isn't worth it. For what you pay for Arby's the food should be what you expect. Half the bun was empty.
