The Bay Tree Cafe - Newark-on-Trent

Great service and eat. not much choice, but enough for us to find something we liked. definitely a visit and a good break from the festival worth.

Not sure it's still the bay tree,couldn't see their usual signage but there is still a cafe there which is very good.

Everything is well organized for coffee and other beverages! You place your order and pay at the entrance, then wait by the second door to pick up your drinks and take them out. They observe social distancing measures, and the coffee is quite delightful! While all the seating is arranged on one side, there are picnic tables available in the courtyard for those who prefer to enjoy their drinks outside.

The staff is wonderful, and the food is fantastic. The service is always delivered with a smile! Highly recommended.

This café is beautiful, offering excellent service along with a great selection of light dishes and sandwiches.
