Bidrage med feedbackI have eaten here as vegetarian and always liked the place. I am vegan now and remembered that they had said that they could make milk free pancakes to try it. the thick American style pancakes can be made with soyyoghurt instead of the milk yogurt, no eggs are used in the mix. the personal has a good understanding for various nutritional needs and also gluten-free. I had the simple maple syrup pancake, sometimes simple is the best! but there are several sweet options and a hearty that are vegan, although the workers are ready to individualize pancakes, so they can think about their own creations if they wish. soy milk is available for beverages and they also make fresh obstinates. the personal is warm and friendly and the caffe has a nice relaxed feeling and is very child-friendly. updated by previous review on Monday, 15 September 2014
I've eaten in here before as a Vegetarian and always liked the place. I'm now Vegan and remembered they had said they could make dairy free pancakes so popped in to try some. But there are several sweet options and one savoury that are vegan, although staff are willing to customise pancakes so you can think up your own creations if you wish. Soya milk is available for drinks and they make fresh fruit smoothies too. Staff are warm and friendly and the cafe has a lovely relaxed feel and is very child friendly. We didn't even go inside the restaurant, as we had already seen enough to be deterred. The staff wanted to use different utensils for our food, instead of using the same ones that were used for meat. The kitchen was small and seemed too cramped to store ingredients and utensils separately, making us concerned about food safety. They mentioned that improvements were needed in terms of the economic operator and a catalog of improvements required for the pancake parlour concept. Despite our initial concerns, we hope they can turn things around and make positive changes. We look forward to returning in the future to see any improvements. This cozy café offers a variety of vegan options, including scrumptious fluffy pancakes topped with maple syrup and blueberries. The atmosphere is playful, with chalkboards at every table to keep both kids and adults entertained.
This was my first time dining at Mamma-whites and I have to say, the lady working there was wonderful! She made me a fully vegan pancake with syrup and bananas, and it was delicious! I will definitely be returning in the future!
