Papa John's Pizza - New York City

Pizza was overcooked, even the peperoni was crispy burn on edges with the burn flavor, total waste of money

Ordered the Pepperoni, Sausage, and Six Cheese. It was delivered faster than estimated, it was hot and it was DELICIOUS!!

They have you waiting the counter without saying anything, like I'll be with you in a minute very unprofessional slow as hell. The guy that take your order over the phone ask you the same thing like 3 times which is annoying, he act like somethingis wrong with him, horrible!!!

I ordered a 10 pepperoni pizza and Buffalo wings. They did not give me the wings. They did not pack 50% of a 2 item order. They are incompetent, don't care about customer service and the employees probably steel the food ordered through Uber Eat becausethey know Uber will refund the money. It was the most disgusting, poor quality pizza I ever tasted. Like a cheap frozen pizza.The employees were disinterested and the manager was rude, he hung up twice on me. This store is located in a poor, blackneighborhood so they don't care about quality or customer service because they don't behave like this or serve disgusting foodin white neighborhoods.

I ordered delivery from Papa John's for the first time tonight. The pizza was amazing, just how I wanted it, and it arrived quicker than I anticipated. The delivery driver was friendly and brought it right to my door. Skip the breadsticks though.
