Spectacular menu/wine list. Biggest problem is figuring out what to order. Everything served is stellar, right down to the toast in the bread basket. All pastas are home made. All available gluten-free. Mouth watering fish, veal and seafood. A word of caution: This excellence is pricey.

The food and the service were outstanding. The prix fixe menu was wonderful. The waiters were perfectly attentive.

Owner appears to be very biased against anyone who does not fit the profile of his geriatric, privileged and Caucasian upper east side clientele and this attitude translates to many of his staff. Interesting that places like this exist in this day and age in NYC.

Great neighborhood spot. Reliably delicious well prepared food. Old world service. Never a bad step.
