Food is good but the desserts are insane! I love their carrot muffin and their rugelach is huge and tasty. The German chocolate cake is delicious as is their flan. But I really love the selection of carrot cakes. You have the regular carrot cake which isso good, but the one coated in chocolate is out of this world. The Spanish coffee is also the best around. Definitely not theplace to go if you're on a diet!

Listen! I have been enjoying Carrot Top muffin and their goodies since I was eight years old. Came from Ghana and stepped into enjoying Carrot Muffin Delight. I will get some on my way to P.S. 128. Though I don?t live close by, whenever I stop by thecity, I must stop by my childhood neighborhood. Washington Heights ????. The last time I stopped by was in 2020 before Covidseriously hit. Going to Carrot Top Pastries is home for me and a great memory of my childhood. May your business continue toflourish.

So happy to see Carrot Top thriving post COVID-19. The raspberry rugalah is A+ and I love to get their excellent grilled chicken caesar salad to take home. I remember their great brownies and pies back in the day when I could indulge. I was there yesterday and love the new chairs and tables. And definitely the staff.

I am a new customer at Carrot Top; I would definitely recommend the yellow pineapple cake with white frosting. The establishment has friendly staff and great service over all. The staff went above and beyond to make an emergency cake for the next day. The cake looked beautiful just as I ordered; it tasted fresh, had nice details and was ready for pick up on time.

Let me start by saying I am not a carrot cake person but my husband is so I bought him a slice of cake from here when in the Fort Washington area. I was looking for a dessert spot and at the recommendation of a local restaurant waitress, who said Carrot Top was well known I went. WELL--I agreed to a forkful when my husband raved about it and for the first time EVER--I enjoyed carrot cake! This place is the BEST! You like carrot cake or want to try carrot cake--GO HERE!
