Vito's is better than Ray's. This may be the best pizza I've had in all of NYC.

Had a slice of Margherita pizza and it was fantastic! As a matter of fact, I went back the next day and got another slice for the train! Location was very close to my hotel, too, which was great for an end of the night dinner on the balcony. ?

Such a cozy pizza shop vibe. Stools to sit on. Helped immediately as I walked in. Could see all the yummy pizzas glowing underneath the heat. Music was playing and I ordered my pizza and a diet coke. Felt like a coke commercial. Don’t even get me started on the ice, get some. Get the large. Revel in it, especially the lemon flavor. Gluten free crust tasted a little like corn bread, but honestly kind of just just embraced it.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free options!

The authentic slice shop experience. Quick service. The regular pies were good, but the Sicilian pies were spectacular. Especially the grandma pie. Truly greater than the sum of parts. A focaccia style crust with a well developed flavor topped with rich cheese and balanced by the acidity of a bright tomato sauce and astringency of garli and topped with basil to punctuate every bite with freshness.Vegetarian options: The white and margarita.

I got a couple pizza to go orders (cheese and margherita) a couple different days and the staff was so nice and the pizza was fantastic! I also had a strawberry lime ice and cheesecake and liked both too. Highly recommend this place!
