I never take the time to come back and make reviews but this place was so worth the trouble. Very authentic flavorful restaurant. The service was amazing, with servers so attentive and friendly. I went there for dinner and got the appetizer fried okra, perfectly coated and salted. This inviting restaurant had an amazing vibe. The waiters were attentive and Haitian music played in the background. This restaurant utilized their small space well. I felt outdoor seating was done perfectly. No matter where you sat, you would be sure to feel like you're taking in the culture wuth the decor. This spot is BYOB. But they have lovely juice drinks, get a pitcher! The food is tasty, on the spicy side but filled with lots of flavor I love spicy food. The service was pretty good and the ambiance is gives artistic island vibes.

First, I have to say, this was my first time at Zanmi 's and eating Haitian food. Both were outstanding and I will be back again. As other post wrote This is a diamond in the rough .
