Red Lobster - New York

Run. Don't walk away from this restaurant. Darden you must close this down! So dirty. Can't even begin to list all that I experienced. Cole slaw came to the table and when I saw her set it down I assumed she was just resting it to take it back to the kitchen…as in…eaten out of. But no, this was my Cole slaw. The food quality isnt what it used to be. Portion sizes small. Prices high. I guess the high prices are consistent with other restaurants nationwide. I wish some of the crab legs wouldnt be empty when I receive them. Shrimp selections are OK.

Our last visit here was horrible more than a year later we thought we would try again and this visit great as was all previous visits so hopefully this will be the case from now on and you will always be our first choice!The only surprise is that the meal didnt include salad biscuits and 2 sides as we have become accustom to.For the low of broccoli which we didnt get this time we felt alittle cheated as the price of the entree continues to go up!But enjoyed very much thank you!!

Our server was very efficient and she had a great personality. She took very good care of us. I'd give her an A+ for customer service.

Great employees and yummy food!!! The Red Lobster booths need to be bigger!!! Always a big problem at any of the restaurants!!!
