This is the best bar in NYC for Penn State games!!!

I WENT TO PROPER WEST FOR BRUNCH THROUGH PULSD, AND I HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE, THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS HOME FRIES WERE KIND OF COLD, OTHER THAN THAT GOOD FOOD, AND GOOD SERVICE, :

5 plus perfect for lunch or dinner business or pleasure

Went using a Pulsd deal. Wouldn’t pay w/o a deal. Good enough for the coupon though.

Came for a Penn State game on a Saturday afternoon, and it was great! $20 beer buckets, which is pretty reasonable for NYC. Great service, our server was really attentive and helpful! We had a larger party than expected, and they accommodated us quickly!
