Mi Nidito - New York

They only have seating for 6 plus an additional 8 at the bar. We sat at the bar and the service was great and the food was tasty

Mi Nidito is NOT the place to go with a large group unless you're doing take out. It only has 3 tables for 2 and another half dozen seats at the bar. However, the food is very good and you can get more than your typical Mexican restaurant fare. Also, the staff is very nice, but doesn't hover. Go and enjoy

We trudged in the rain to find this little gem. Welcomed by the owner when we arrived we sat at the bigger if the two tables. Our drinks arrived immediately! We ordered the guacamole will we studied the large menu. They had us at the guacamole!! Only to be outdone by the Best chicken tortilla soup I ever had!! All so fresh and flavorful. We had the chile rellenos, quesadillas and chimichanga all yum. For being such good eaters they had us sample their tres leeches dessert. All this will bring us back. They made our night.

Great little find. Food and service were phenomenal. Only seats six besides the bar but the food was delicious, authentic and fresh. We would definitely go again.

We were looking for a mexican restaurant for pre-theater. The food reviews for this place were good and the prices were decent. One person mentioned that it is small. That is truly an understatement!! 3 tables for 2! That's it. You can sit at the bar I guess. This is obviously primarily a take-out restaurant. Wish I had known that. The food was very good and the service was great. But I really wanted a more pleasant atmosphere. If you are looking for a small place, this is it!
