Reasonable food. Good ambience moderate service quality. Biggest disappointment a list of desserts read out aloud in a noisy restaurant. Pls get a menu, a simple print out will also do! Least I expect from a place where bill runs $100+ and 20% tip is minimum expected. Complete disappointment by the end of it.

What a place!!I wish I had the words to truly do this place justice, I will fall short but you should go!!Being a veg I stuck with just the veg options, all I had was a winner bit that fried rice was unreal. I will be back!!!

I make it a point to dine at JUBAN whenever life takes me to the west side of the city. It's clear that this establishment is rooted in care for the community they are part of and committed to providing excellent service. The integrity embedded in each dish reveals itself with each bite...It's more than evident that Juban sources ingredients responsibly holding reverence for the farmers and makers that bring their ingredients to life. The menu is carefully crafted all items compliments each other. The staff are warm, attentive and genuine. I've been to JUBAN 3 times looking forward to return again.I consider myself a PESCATARIAN there were many options available for my taste. The miso soup is soul soothing the sushi is expertly prepared the draft beer is crisp the sake is exquisite.A life affirming experience Highly recommended.
