Il Patio Di Eataly - New York

At first I had to find it, apparently there are restaurants inside and outside, I asked someone who said there are five restaurants. I finally find it and no hostess. Two waiters come and I mentioned my reservation was at 8:15, they seemed a little confused and told me: “well our kitchen closes at 8:30” I'm real! Why take a reservation when the kitchen closes at 8:30. They sat us anyway and told us no worries. Food came in 10 minutes we were at 9:15!!! Wow. My pasta was fine not what the beautiful young waitress said it was. My husband pizza, was ok he said Flavor was good, but not cracked the dough it was necessary to be folded to eat quite gummy or use utensils or maybe a spoon No atmosphere I was quite disappointed especially since the first time in NY and It was highly recommended. Will not go back there, maybe the other interiors have more atmosphere. A last point to make sure I would call next time to make a reservation. It never felt so eager! And never expected to be so fast in and out of a New York City restaurant!

Not many choices and essentially no modifications/substitutions or supplements (such as a protein to a salad) No coffee exists.

The service was wonderful; and the furnishings, with the individual tents, for an intimate dinner and audible conversation. We didn't know to be on the street.

Just wine. No beer or alcohol. Very limited menu. The service was so slow. I wouldn't eat there again.

Great food and drinks, the outdoor seating is very nice. Pretty busy night so service was a bit slow, but everything was worth the wait!
