Bidrage med feedbackThis was our first time dining here. We were looking for a good restaurant close to Madison Square Garden before seeing Billy Joel and we found an outstanding restaurant that we can't wait to return to. What a find. Everything we ordered from drinks to appetizer to entrees was perfect so much flavor. Our server, Linette, was warm and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this restaurant for a quick bite or a formal.dinner. We can't wait to return to try other dishes. And Diana, was a perfect hostess. It is rare to find a manager/owner who takes the time to check in with her guests, but she genuinely wanted to know if we enjoyed our experience...which we did.
Only negative was the pork chop was dry and overcooked
Good size menu and very good food, varied and tasty
This was our favorite restaurant during our stay in Midtown! The food is so good and fresh, impeccable service, and comfortable yet modern vibe. We started with a gorgeous Lavender Martini and the Bl38 Old Fashion, delicious cocktails! We had the Poke Tuna Tartare, Crispy Calamari, and Blackened Market Fish (Mahi Mahi). Macadamia nuts in the Tartare put it over the top! The calamari was so tender, may have been the best we’ve ever had. The fish was fresh and delicious; we loved the accompaniments of Roasted corn risotto, tomatoes, basil, parmigiano, pico de gallo, guacamole, red pepper coulis. We ended with the BEST cheesecake we’ve ever tasted with a Crème Brûlée crunchy topping! We loved it last year with the Cuban menu, it’s every bit as good with the new menu. And they are bringing back the “to die for” Empanadas! We’ll be back on our next visit to NYC!
Our experience was wonderful and the food was excellent and watermelon samba was delicious! Our server, Starling, made us feel welcomed and arranged the table so we could share the food. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!
