Gin Parlour - InterContinental New York - Feedback

This was not what was expected and a disappointment especially that 3 high-ranking VIP met here for an early breakfast meeting.

Noisy and very overpriced. If it were not for the imprisoned hotel guest, this place would probably not be present.

Buffet was not what I expected. It was not up to expectations and I was disappointed. The food was good but buffet ended at 11 am on a Sunday morning.

I was meeting a dear friend I hadn’t seen in years. We only had a few hours to catch up and it was all perfect.

The delayed seating and failure to acknowledge our reservation, despite us showing up, takes away from the otherwise positive experience at this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the service was lacking in friendliness as the staff did not smile or engage much when taking orders.

All round good service. Would not hesitate eating here again.
