Excellent dinette. Great place for us to have brunch with our adult kids before leaving NYC for DC.

Wonderful food, and inviting staff. Enjoyed dinner with a friend and it was great for conersation. Enjoyed the host explaining the restauraunt name. Enjoy!

An old-school West Village joint still here and serving great food and laughter after so many Yeats! Their burgers are great, as are the omelets, salads, and... well, everything! You can't go wrong with any choice on the menu. But, if you eat meat, do try the Elephant burger (no, its beef! at least once in your life! The curry soir cream is amazing!

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is reminiscent of a tavern and has a nostalgic charm. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. I tried the burger, and even though I usually prefer smash burgers, this one may have topped them all. The burger was not too heavy and was easy to eat without being overly chewy. I would give it a 10 out of 10, especially with the added cheese. The fries were also my favorite style, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly what style they are.
