El Paso Mexican Restaurants East Harlem

Are they not sure why they automatically add 20% satisfaction for 2 parties? weird. some customers will miss it and tipp again!

This is a welcome oasis in a counter with a need for more restaurants. eating is always inventive and surprising in its variety of aromas and ingredients. the drinks are generous and everyone is friendly and very helpful in selecting food to its taste. it's a favorite!

I visited this restaurant because it was the only one in the city that had provided a reservation for cinco de mayo. this was my first visit here and will be my last. I came to celebrate with two other people with the expectation of a funny evening cinco de mayo. When we were there, we sat right away. on the way inward they had a live DJ, but the music was so loud that we couldn't even listen to the table. that was the same as we had to command the waiter. we ordered an appetizer, drinks and our meals at the same time. the service was terrible! our appetizer never came out, but the meals did. the frozen drink, which was ordered, was froze and the tacos were the smallest tacos I have ever seen. for the price of this tacos you would have thought they were bigger. we always had to ask the waiter where the appetizer was. when the appetizer came, my two guests had finished their meal. all night we tried to get the attention of our waiter, because he never came by to see if we were in order or needed something. we needed everything because of the terrible service he has provided us. one of my guests ordered a beer and never got it, but it was shown on the bill. we asked another employee if we could talk to the manager, and she said she would let him come over, but of course he never came, even though I saw him standing around the main floor. to add to the terrible service, the restaurant decided that the bill should automatically contain a congratulation fee that was very unnoticed by our waiter. I will never return to this place again and I will also let others know about this terrible time in the el paso mexican restaurant.

Randomly chose this restaurant for lunch, walked in and it was a brunch and show. Quite fun and entertaining. Food is delicious!

We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day celebration at El Paso, excellent service and the Tacos were delicious. We will definitely go back soon!
