Dunkin' - New York

This location is not clean and workers are rude. Also they have outlets but one of them work. I just went across to Starbucks and got good service and charged my laptop to do my work.

Love dunkin coffee....just wish my order was always correct. Also get sugar free pumpkin flavor

The BEST Dunkin? out there! I LOVE Dunkin?s coffee, but at this point I go to Dunkin? for the people. They have got to be the most kind, sweet and thoughtful group! I start just about every morning there and I always leave with a smile on my face and the best iced latte.

I always stop here on my way to work to get my coffee but all of the sudden they turned off mobile ordering? super inconvenient to me i wish they would turn it back on as i usually don?t have time to wait in line and order when i?m walking to work :

This place is hit or miss when it's open on time. RARELY are they open at 6 am. It's 630 and the place is still dark. I purchased a hot pumpkin macchiato way around 7 am and i walked out. About 2 blocks down I tasted it and it was cold. The employee did not heat the milk up enough. Why would you turn the machine off, is not like you are there on a stove. She literally turned the machine off before it was able to hear the milk. That's absurd.
