Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

Sometimes very consistent, others not so much. very consistent and simple, if it is not “böslike” but if it “böslike” expects a lot of wrong ordering and slow waiting times. I've been here for over 5 years and it's not all that bad.

I walked this chipotle about 2 months ago when the man who was on the register was extremely rude, he did not want to help me with my order told me that he could not do anything for me after the staff had messed up my order. I just picked up my order from uber eats they gave me such a hard time. then recently I went back to my lunch break yesterday and everything went by, okay, but then, when I came home later this day, I just got super sick . I didn't stop. come to find out I was poisoned by this place. I was before the day I ate it until I came home. I liked so much and everything I had from chipotle came up immediately. I will never go back here I recommend not to eat from this place.

90% of the time that this stall is reliable and gives full shells. sometimes they are made of certain things, but overall they make a good job.

Easy experience with rude employees. the collection order is a chaos and absolute no man’s land. there is no orderly fashion, and the personal is slow to get customers who are cut before each other. After waiting for 15 minutes to get my order, I asked the employee if he is always so unorganized. she did not react, so I asked myself again and everything she could do was to smoke her shoulders and say that we are busy what told me that I should look into the bag before they go and I see that they forget my drink. I'm going back to know her. the coworker made sure that he took the sweet time and I say that is not a good show tonight. then another employee comes by and yells at me how busy they are and how I should not expect a fast service. I tried to talk to her, but she just screamed. Finally, I asked for her name that she did not provide. I wouldn't return to this loading if the sap that brings these people in contact personally apologised and paid me. this chipotle is not a good representation of what the mark is in the position.

The reviews regarding the poor staff are accurate. I popped in to get a bowl but saw one of the workers confront another customer who seemed to had made a mistake with her order. The employees demeanor was out of place and off putting. I chose not to make a purchase as I didn’t feel comfortable doing so anymore. Please be kinder.
