The food was very good. I love the decoration of the place and the employees were very kind.

Service very poor. They didn’t bring any bread to start, they brought three of five entrees out 30 minutes after our salads, the another 20 minutes for the remaining two entrees. The whole time people are going up and dow the stairs to a downstairs nightclub that was playing loud obnoxious techno music. The food was good but everything else was not. Maybe it was a bad night for them but we probably won’t go back.

Waited TWO HOURS to eat. Waited 45 minutes to order. Horrible. Go to Caffe Napoli.

We used a voucher from Pulsd $59 for a bottle of wine, appetizer, 2 entrees, and dessert) so the value of our meal was fantastic. However, when we arrived to the restaurant and showed our pass the manager almost refused to sit us? I had mentioned that I called in two weeks prior had phone receipts to prove it) and that all of his so called “stipulations” he came up with didn’t apply to the current situation. He kept saying 300+ people were coming in for a party and we wouldn’t be able to get a table even though we were the first patrons there at 7:30pm) Food was decent for the value but would not eat here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this was actually the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this place. All you will do is sit for 1.5+ hours and leave without food. This isn’t just my one bad review. Please read the other reviews and don’t make the mistake that I did.
